Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT: ​ BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT: To book an appointment you must pay a deposit. The deposit is $50 and is non-refundable. A PAID deposit is what confirms your appointment. If your deposit is not paid you DO NOT have an appointment. The deposit also goes towards your desired style. LATE FEES: ​Late fees are enforced after 10 minutes. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment there will be an additional charge. The fee is $20. To avoid late fees, I advise you to be on time to your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment is CANCELLED, and the deposit will NOT be refunded. RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT: All appointments must be rescheduled within 48 hours prior to your appointment time​ in order to use your existing deposit. If you chose to reschedule your appointment after the 48 hours, a new deposit will be required for the appointment. KID STYLES: Ages 2-11 are eligible for kid styles. If your child is tender headed I do not recommend service. YOUR CHILD MUST BE ABLE TO SIT TO RECEIVE SERVICE. IF I CANNOT FINISH SERVICING YOUR CHILD FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE. *No exceptions, your hair must be washed and blow-dried before you come.
